All products are printed on demand through our partner, Printful. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mostaza Wear reserves the right to refuse any order. Because our items are custom-made for you, order cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has started. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Advertised prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs duties that may apply to international orders (including Canada). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post), customs processing, or events beyond our control. Upon transfer of the products to the carrier by Printful, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

All content included on this site, such as designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Mostaza Wear and protected by international copyright laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Omnisend for marketing or Stripe for payments) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY & PRINTFUL

Mostaza Wear uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform and Printful as its primary fulfillment partner. You acknowledge that while these partners provide the infrastructure and production, your contract of sale is directly with Mostaza Wear.
