Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to? A: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States and Canada. We’ve chosen to focus on the North American market to ensure the highest quality standards and reliable delivery times for our community.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: We know you're excited to wear your faith! Since we print each item specifically for you to avoid waste, the process has two steps:

  1. Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your product.

  2. Shipping: This depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after fulfillment. Note: Because we use local production hubs across North America, your package travels the shortest distance possible.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Absolutely. Once your order is printed and shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow your apparel's journey every step of the way.


Production & Quality

Q: Who handles your production? A: We partner with Printful, a world leader in premium on-demand production. They have multiple hubs across the USA and Canada, which allows us to use top-tier printing technology and high-quality garments (like Bella+Canvas and Gildan). This ensures that every design is as resilient as your faith.

Q: How should I care for my Mostaza Wear apparel? A: To keep your designs looking fresh, we recommend machine washing your items cold and inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the longest life. Please avoid ironing directly over the print.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: Since our products are made to order just for you, we only accept returns or replacements for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If there’s an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us at support@mostazawear.com within 30 days of receiving it, and we will make it right.

Q: What happens if my order is lost? A: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will investigate with our shipping partners and, if the carrier confirms it was lost, we will send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.
