Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We’ve chosen to focus on the U.S. market to ensure the highest quality standards and the fastest delivery times for our community.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We know you're excited to wear your faith! Most orders are produced and delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Because we produce our items locally through partners across the USA, your package travels a shorter distance to reach your door.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order is printed and shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow your apparel's journey every step of the way.

Production & QualityQ:

Who handles your production?
A: We partner with Gelato, a premium global production network with multiple hubs across the United States. This partnership allows us to use top-tier printing technology and high-quality garments like Bella+Canvas and Gildan, ensuring that every design is as resilient as your faith.

Q: How should I care for my Mostaza Wear apparel?
A: To keep your designs looking fresh, we recommend machine washing your items cold and inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the longest life. Please avoid ironing directly over the print.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are made to order just for you, we only accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@mostazawear.com within 30 days of receiving it.

Q: What happens if my order is lost?
A: If your package is lost in transit or hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please reach out to us. We will investigate with our shipping partners and, if necessary, send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.

Our Mission

Q: What does "Mostaza" mean?
A: "Mostaza" is the Spanish word for Mustard. It refers to the parable of the mustard seed: a reminder that even the smallest amount of faith, when planted and nurtured, can grow into something magnificent and move mountains. 🌱✨
