Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mostaza Wear. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time (Fulfillment)
All our products are made to order, meaning we print them specifically for you once the purchase is confirmed.
- Processing period: 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- All products are produced through our official fulfillment partner, Printful, using their professional hubs in the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Locations
Mostaza Wear currently ships to:
- The United States: All 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- Canada: All provinces and territories.
Note: For Canadian customers, please be aware that international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs inspections or local duties which are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Mostaza Wear is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
- If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at
support@mostazawear.com.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include: Your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it has been in transit for an unusual amount of time, please reach out so we can investigate with our carrier partners.
