Thank you for shopping at Mostaza Wear. We take pride in our faith-inspired designs and our commitment to quality.

Each item is custom printed on demand, which means it is produced specifically for you only after the order is placed. Because of this personalized production process, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or offer replacements only if the item you received is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.

If your item qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: support@mostazawear.com

Your request must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product showing the damage, the defect, or the incorrect item (including a photo of the size tag if applicable).

Once reviewed and confirmed by our quality team, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size: Please consult our size charts carefully before purchasing.
  • Buyer’s remorse: Changing your mind after the item has been produced.
  • Incorrect shipping address: Orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Minor color variations: Slight differences in color may occur due to screen display settings or the printing process on fabric.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong product, we will make it right. We will handle the communication with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to ensure a replacement or refund is issued as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: Payments processed through Stripe or major credit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Issues & Shipping

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or you experience any issues with the delivery, please contact us. We will work closely with our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers to resolve the situation.

Cancellations

Orders enter our production system shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@mostazawear.com.

  • Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
